Great little beach condo efficiencies on the beach. Accommodations vary widely as most units are individually owned and designed differently. Great price for a beach condo.
Stayed here many times. It's not a 5 star hotel. But it's right on the beach. You will see some awesome sunsets here. If it's not raining. They have a decent pool and they also have a small bar near the pool. The best part is when you sit on your patio and the water is right there. They have plenty of parking here. Also it's a 15 minute walk to Sloppy Joes or Ricky T's across the street.
I've stayed there 3 times. Loved it the first time. Easy to park, friendly staff, great views and reasonably priced. But we've found it is hit and miss on the room quality, as others have mentioned each unit is individually owned. Some take better care of their units than others. The last time I had to get the key to 4 different rooms before we found one that was acceptable. I doubt we'll stay there again. Too bad because it was crawling distance to Caddy's. :-)
Full kitchen, full size refrigerator, bottom line best sunset views from your room. Staff helpful. Would recommend a long term stay.. don't forget to go the hidden gem that is Rick's Tiki Bar.
Staff was very attentive and helpful. Room was clean and had stove, full size fridge, and microwave/convection oven. Balcony over the beach was amazing. Each condo is individually owned and some are managed differently so be sure to ask what amenities (like daily cleaning) are included before you rent.
